About
Hi, I’m Lilly Martin — Doctor of Occupational Therapy.
I am the founder of Best Day Ever Therapy and the occupational therapist you will see at every visit. This is a one-on-one private-pay practice for children and adults along 30A, planned around the occupations that make up daily life. I grew up in Grayton Beach as a therapy patient, and that experience continues to shape how I practice.

Evaluation
First evaluations are in the Santa Rosa Beach office. We talk through daily life and look at what is getting in the way. You leave with a written summary and ideas to try at home.

Personalized plan
Together we decide how often to meet, where to meet, and what to work on.

Therapy
Follow-up visits are with me. We can meet in the office, at home, next door at The Play Studio when more space to play is helpful, or by video.
Where care happens
Santa Rosa Beach office
Initial evaluations and ongoing treatment at 3214 US 98, Suite 405 B, in The Shops of 393. Appointments are scheduled with you.
Home visits
Follow-up sessions in Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton, Seaside, WaterColor, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach — when being at home helps.
The Play Studio
Some pediatric sessions use the indoor play space next door when more room to move and play is helpful. Their space fee is billed at their published rate.
Telehealth
Video visits are available when coming in person is not practical. You need to be in Florida.
Pricing & access
This is a private-pay practice with published rates. Superbills and FES-UA / Step Up funds are available at those same rates.
