Best Day Ever Therapy is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service unless a package is prepaid. We do not bill commercial insurance or Medicaid.
Evaluation, session, and package rates are listed on the pricing page. The published rate is the rate charged.
Prepaid session packages are available for clients who prefer to schedule a block of visits in advance. Package pricing reflects a 5% discount from individual session rates.
Superbills are available for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Clients submit the superbill directly. Reimbursement is never guaranteed.
Qualifying students ages 3–22 may use Florida’s Family Empowerment Scholarship (Unique Abilities) for occupational therapy at published rates. After a visit, we can bill the scholarship, or you can pay and request reimbursement. FES-UA is a scholarship, not insurance.
