Our Approach

Built around everyday life

Occupational therapy at Best Day Ever Therapy is centered on meaningful function — helping children and adults develop, restore, or adapt the skills they need to participate more fully in everyday life. Evaluation addresses the occupations that matter: play, school, work, self-care, and home. Treatment is then delivered in the setting that supports the goal — office, home, The Play Studio, or telehealth.

One therapist

You will see me at every visit — not a rotating therapist or an assistant.

Care built around real life

Progress is what becomes more possible at home, at school, at work, and with the people you care about.

Flexible settings

Treatment may be delivered in the Santa Rosa Beach office, in the home, next door at The Play Studio for selected pediatric sessions, or by telehealth when an in-person visit is not practical.

Direct communication

Parents and caregivers are included in the plan of care. I coordinate with physicians and other providers when shared information supports continuity.

01

Reach out

Share a brief description of what you are seeking. I respond to every inquiry within 24 hours and add your name to the waitlist so we can identify the next available evaluation.

02

Evaluation

First evaluations are in the Santa Rosa Beach office. We talk through daily life and look at what is getting in the way. You leave with a written summary and ideas to try at home.

03

Personalized plan

Together we decide how often to meet, where to meet, and what to work on.

04

Therapy

Follow-up visits are with me. We can meet in the office, at home, next door at The Play Studio when more space to play is helpful, or by video.

Parents and caregivers are part of the plan. We decide together how often to meet and what to work on. We do not bill commercial insurance or Medicaid. Superbills are available if you want to seek out-of-network reimbursement, and qualifying students may use FES-UA at the same published rates.

School services disclosure: If your child receives or may be eligible for occupational therapy through public school, you have a right to those services at no cost. Private services are supplemental and do not replace school-based OT.
